Busy few days in Peverell

Last week proved to be a busy week for new instructions in Peverell with a total of 11 new listings plus 3 properties had price reductions. 

The new listings ranged from £165,000 up to a Guide Price of £280,000 - £290,000. I have attached some links to the various properties but there are some lovely new houses available.

It will be interesting to monitor the interest levels on these as a few recent listing have not sold as quickly as I expected. 

However we have just sale agreed a house in Glendower Road within the first 4 days of coming to the market with the property actually having a number of viewings. 

Buyers are certainly busy in the Peverell property market and I certainly hope this continues over the summer.
