The length of time from listing your property to finding a buyer is down 45% in 4 years. 

Back in 2011 it took on average 121 days to find a buyer, while in 2015 it only took 66 days

The best performing type of property is the 4 bedroom houses which only take on average 48 days to find a buyer, compared to 1 bedroom properties which took on average 105 days.
